We work with clients from across the major hubs: Australian expats living abroad and foreign nationals who want to buy in Australia, whether for investment, lifestyle, or with an eye on eventually moving there. Each location comes with its own financial context and its own questions about how Australian property works from abroad. Here's how we think about each one.

Singapore

Singapore-based clients include both Australian expats and Singaporean nationals who want to invest in Australian property. The common thread is usually the same: a full life already in motion, competing demands on time, and a decision that keeps getting pushed back because there's never a good moment to start.

It's not impossible. It's just a question of having the right person handling it. What Singapore clients need isn't more information. The internet has plenty of that. What they need is someone who filters the noise, does the work, and presents a shortlist they can trust. That's exactly what we're built for.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong clients, whether Australian expats or Hong Kong locals, typically come with sharp investment instincts and a low tolerance for being sold to. They've seen enough property deals to know the difference between an advisor and a salesperson.

What they need from us is straightforward: direct access to the right information, honest assessments of what the numbers actually show, and pre-market opportunities that aren't available to buyers going direct. We don't pitch to Hong Kong clients. We show them the data and let them decide.

Our developer network builds new stock in high-growth locations we're here to help you invest in that pipeline, not to find you a bargain on an established property in a suburb you've already picked.
  • checkWe're not a buyers agent for established property. We don't go and source existing homes in specific streets or suburbs on request. What we do is match clients to new build developments in high-growth locations across Australia developments we've already vetted, in markets we believe in.
