Adelaide is one of the most affordable capital city markets in Australia. It's also been one of the stronger performers over the past three years. Here's what's driving it and where we see the opportunity.
Talk to us about AdelaideAdelaide stands out for its balance of liveability, rental depth, and ongoing infrastructure investment. Adelaide is a smaller market than Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. Liquidity is lower and the pool of buyers on resale is narrower.
Smaller market with less liquidity than the east coast capitals. Resale demand on exit is narrower, and not all suburbs carry the same depth of buyer interest. A poorly chosen Adelaide purchase is harder to exit than an equivalent purchase in Brisbane or Melbourne. We're more selective here than in any other market we cover.
