Luke has over 20 years’ experience in Australian Real Estate and has owned and operated his own Company in Residential and Commercial properties, working with some of the biggest brands in the industry like LJ Hooker. Throughout his career Luke has guided clients in navigating hundreds of millions of dollars of all types of Real Estate. Luke has extensive experience in New South Wales property market and have also worked with Australia-wide property partners, forming strong relationships with unique access to property options.
For Residential home buyers, Luke facilitated selling of first homes and buying multi-million-dollar family homes. In Commercial investment, Luke helped clients buy development site acquisitions and Off-Plan properties.

Cilla has 15 years of Client Services and Operations Enablement experience in Australia and Asia, with over a decade as an Expat in Singapore. Cilla knows the importance of working with partners who understand your needs when it comes to the property market and put that first. Cilla oversees the streamlining of PropertyNXT Client Service operations and partnership engagement to bring our clients authentic and seamless service with the best partners possible.

Shemaine has over 15 years in Singapore’s fast growing real estate industry and brings with her a unique blend of architectural training, interior design expertise, and hands-on investment experience. With a background in architectural engineering, she founded and ran her own interior design and contracting practice for close to a decade, while also building a personal property investment portfolio across residential and industrial assets.
Her transition into real estate advisory and asset management was a natural progression, as she combined her eye for spaces with strong business acumen. Over the years, Shemaine has advised hundreds of clients on both local and overseas investments and worked alongside proptech and cybersecurity firms to better understand how technology is shaping the future of real estate.
At Property NXT, she is leading the Singapore KEO Office and bringing her diverse experience and sharp insights into Australia’s specialised property market, adding depth and value for clients who wish to expand their portfolios in this stable and dynamic region.

“I’m born and bred Singaporean, who bought my first property at the age of 23, and along the way, I’ve sold and bought multiple times. During my business years, I also ventured into industrial properties, and I’ve always had a wide curiosity about life. Beyond real estate, I’ve worked with proptech and cybersecurity firms, which gave me a knack for understanding how technology can transform industries.
Taking on this new role at Property NXT is truly exciting for me. I see Australia as a stable market with immense potential, and I deeply respect how the founders are walking the talk in building this platform. My hope is to dive deeper into this specialisation, and to deliver genuine value to clients who are keen to gain not just deals, but wholesome insights into investing across Australia.”
