How Property NXT works

What we'll cover

What is actually happening in Australia

Rates, lending, supply, migration and construction. The market update without the hype, so you can read conditions from facts rather than headlines.

History doesn't repeat, but it rhymes

Eight completed property cycles over 30 years. An average downturn of 2.9% against upswings averaging 32.3%. What three decades of data say about waiting for a crash.

What prepared buyers do right now

Finance sorted, structures reviewed, FIRB understood, and negotiating harder while others wait. Aussie Expat Home Loans covers borrowing from overseas.

Case study

Frequently asked questions

Is this a property sales event?

- +

No. Property NXT is an advisory firm and holds no stock, so nothing is for sale on the night. The evening covers the market, finance and strategy for Aussie expats buying back home.

Can Australian expats get a mortgage back home?

- +

Usually yes, though lenders treat offshore income differently. Aussie Expat Home Loans covers how your income is assessed and what deposit levels are realistic.

I'm not an Australian citizen. Is the event still relevant?

- +

Yes. Overseas buyers are welcome. Some rules differ, including FIRB approval, and we cover where the paths split.

How much does it cost to attend?

- +

Nothing. Registration is required because the venue has limited space.

Is now a bad time to buy Australian property?

- +

Nobody at this event will pretend to know the perfect month. The data shows soft-sentiment periods have often been better entry windows than they felt, with less competition and more room to negotiate.

What do I get when I register?

- +

Your confirmation and reminders so the evening doesn't slip past you, plus first access to the recap material afterwards.

Can only Aussie expats attend?

- +

Not at all. The evening is open to anyone interested in building wealth and understanding the Australian property market. Aussie expats are who we work with most, but if you're weighing up Australian property from overseas, whatever your background, you're welcome in the room.
