A family legacy
For four decades the Abedian family led Sunland Group, the ASX-listed developer behind more than 45,000 homes across Australia and the UAE. Founder Soheil Abedian, an architect by training, gave the Gold Coast Palazzo Versace in 2000 and Q1 in 2005.
In 2024 the family took the business private as Abedian & Co. to carry that legacy forward: fewer projects, more time on each one. On 26 November, Sahba brings it, and two new residences, to Singapore.

Gold Coast, reconsidered
Most of our Singapore clients look at Sydney or Melbourne first. Fair enough. But while those cities stood still, south-east Queensland kept climbing. Add an Olympic Games in 2032 and a state spending A$116.8bn on infrastructure, and the Gold Coast looks less like a holiday spot and more like a plan.
One more thing: the coast faces east, so the day starts with the sun coming up over the Pacific. The sunsets aren't bad either.
We'll cover the risks as well as the upside on the night.
